ATM machine ate my card. No reason given and when I called the number on the machine I was told to call my own bank and get a replacement. And they overcharge for taking cash from their machine vs other banks. Horrible service. Stay away from this bank!!! BOA is the worst.
Maya Hopkins (Associate) and the rest of the team have caused me to have the worst banking experience. I’ve set up two accounts with BofA in the spring and was promised a $300 bonus on direct deposits. Maya completely mislead me, I was never paid out the bonus, and they went radio silent when I tried to get back into contact with them. Do better!
I recently had a charge of less than $10 on my BOA credit card that this branch convinced me to sign up for when I opened some accounts. I didn't know of this charge and received no notifications or statements. My credit score dropped 80 points starting from just over 800. When I went to a local branch to speak with someone in person I was turned away; that is what annoyed me.
