This bank has always been absolutely terrible. I tried calling them today to do something, and no one picked up after the fourth phone call I gave up, but guess what? I called Chase Bank first ring, and they picked up, and that shows you who cares about securing your moneyÂ
Very slow service Not a co operative staff Everything need long process to resolved problems but problem never solved I’m very disappointed with Bank of AmericaÂ
This review is a few weeks late, but I wanted to thank Danthony (sorry if I misspelled it) for his help. He was extremely professional and kind helping me figure out my deceased mother’s car situation. I’d definitely recommend doing business with him. Thanks again for making a bad situation better.Â
Absolutely no one answers your phone lines after calling multiple times. Called different locations around tyler tx. Not one single person picked up the phone over multiple calls. Worst customer care I've ever known.Â
