I went to the branch on Grant St. In Odessa TX customer service sucks. I needed to cash a personal check. I had a limited time. Now if you don't have a account with them you have a to sit down and wait for about an hour or two to cash a check. I think the branch itself sucks. I'll never recommend this bank to anyone. There a joke
I had the worsttt experience today! I get there before it opens and walk up right at 9am . It’s 26 degrees outside and we stand there for 7min after it’s supposed to open while you clearly see three women right in front of the door talking. Okay cool go in and need to do something with my account as a joint owner on the account I don’t believe I should have to have the other party to do anyyyyything on that account! My husband to get off work bc this is the only day we were able to do it before I started working! The worst c... read more
