It amazes me that bank of America won't cash a bank of America check written by an insurance company that was founded over 100 years ago and issued to a local business that was established over 40 years ago . It's very apparent why the avg rating is 2!
This is the worst bank. Take forever to talk with some one. Actually went to a branch to close account and could not close due to no bankers available to assist me. Spent ours on phone trying to close but it takes to long to be on hold that long
If I could give this place a 0 I would. It's the worst place to ever bank at. Im done with this place. You go to cash a check that is from the same back and it takes hours or even days. It's every time I have to cash a check. Worse mistake I've made coming here. Chase, wells fargo, any place but here. Closing my account. You never have enough people here to run the place. People just stand waiting on normally 1 person working horrible service
The Assistant Manager is awesome . She was extremely helpful when I needed assistance opening a new Checking and Saving account . A+++++
Danae is extremely ableist and said disabled people should not have the right to access their bank accounts or funds. She said “a paralyzed man shouldn’t be writing checks if he can’t maintain consistent handwriting.” We mentioned that his handwriting can get shaky due to the nature of his disability and it was still noticeably the same handwriting.
