If you enjoy being talked down to and treated like less than a person this is the bank for you the previous staff was great this last experience makes me want to empty my savings and switch banks
Went to pick up an online foreign currency order, however, the bank only had one vault key holder who wasn't in the office. The order confirmation said I could swing by anytime during office hours so it was frustrating taking time out of my work day to show up and find out that I couldn't pick up the order. They also marked the pickup as complete even though I didn't receive the funds yet and wouldn't update the online status (just left a note for their team).
