This is the Bank of America in downtown Spartanburg. This is an actual bank branch, they have a walk-up ATM, they have a drive-up ATM, as well as an actual bank with tellers and personnel. I was making a deposit so I opted to go to the walkup ATM which worked perfectly.
Terrible experience with this bank. How can it be that there is no toilet in the bank? It's a nightmare!!!
Every time I go it's bad experience. I have a check I have to cash. Went 22 mins BEFORE THE CLOSE. 22mins!!! they already closed and locked the doors. I CANT use the ATM if I have no card with them. Super upset I've heard so much negative things about this bank yet I'm forced to use them, unless I waste 6$ almost 10 just to cash my check else where. Again WHYYYY CLOSE AWHOLE 22 MINS BEFORE UR TIME IS SUPPOSED TO CLOSE !? I get it they wanna go home but it's kinda their job to close when it says on the door and on Google maps... read more
