I went into the bank after a long work week to order some checks. I sat with Jennifer Legner and she did an amazing job at taking care of me. She was very kind and helpful. Would Recommend anybody to that needs help with their finances to go see her!
Location is being remodeled with no ATM access, while ATMs were removed at the other nearest location. Who the hell is yall's planner to think that was a good idea?! BofA sucks on the best of days. Going over 2 weeks with no bank or ATM access on the eastside of spartanburg. Closest branch is now across town. The only strengths BofA has is being totally inaccessible and inconvenient.
Horrible experience. Been a personal and business customer for 20 years. This bank has unprofessional tellers. Man in front of me was told his check would clear so he could pay bills and when deposited they told him he had to wait 8 days.
