Incredible customer service! I came to this location to make a claim after litigating with the company on my own for quite some time, to no avail. After speaking with Colby and bank of america reps they were able to assist me and provide me with answers and credited my account that same day. My claim is now resolved and I couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful people and service provided. I have always been and will continue to be a loyal Bank of America customer.
