Visited this branch on a whim and don’t regret it. My mother and I were greeted by Jennifer who was absolutely amazing! She was kind, helpful and had great communication. Coby assisted me with opening up my account and he was phenomenal! He was patient, informative and professional! This location is great and I would highly recommend this branch. Amazing costumer service!! We went there today and Jenifer Legner helped us through everything, she was amazing and so so nice!! I definitely recommend this place and mostly her!
Incredible customer service! I came to this location to make a claim after litigating with the company on my own for quite some time, to no avail. After speaking with Colby and bank of america reps they were able to assist me and provide me with answers and credited my account that same day. My claim is now resolved and I couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful people and service provided. I have always been and will continue to be a loyal Bank of America customer.
