I deposit a check on my business account on October 25 And they put a hold on my check to November 5 That was a deposit to do a job for my business account And now they hold the money And they can’t even relese it They cant cancel They can’t do shit And I can’t do shit I call and call and they can’t resolve anything Why offers business account if you gonna make The difficult to make financial transaction

Worst bank ever one teller and no business line. Don’t go here. Manager doesn’t care either.
“Businesses be aware” I had the worst experience today. This is my FIRST visit to this branch to drop off deposits. I felt unsafe, harassed, belittled and singled out by fellow MALE client in the branch with no response from the BOA staff UNTIL I asked for them to intervene. I did not know that they only had one personnel that accepted and processed deposits inside the branch, which became my fault somehow, because of the large amounts of deposits. Are you not a Bank? There is a bearded gentleman who was very helpful and courteous but as I was working with him we were interrupted by a woman who I can only assume is his superior because she rudely chastised him over my shoulder. Extremely unprofessional. He should be giving her customer service lessons. All of the other employees were in offices except for 3 who were greeting people at the door with some kind of iPad devices which seem to be an utter waste of money because all the 3 door people did was show me where to wait in line.
