Every time I step in, it feels like the greeter doesn’t want you there, almost like they’re questioning why I showed up. There's only one teller window open, and the single teller moves at a snail's pace while a line of people waits! Absolutely the worst customer service! The greeter was unfriendly and kind of rude in some way she didn’t want to help at all. I went in there in person to sort out an issue with my lost deposit at their ATM machine. They seem totally uninterested in resolving anything, and they just told me to call the 1-800 customer service number. Having only one teller window is such a hassle. It was such a frustrating experience that I decided to switch to another local bank!

Horrible customer service. Would give zero stars if I could. Cannot wait to switch from this bank. Especially this location. Making one service window? I waited 30 minutes to be told they won’t cash my check, although they cashed THE SAME EXACT CHECK, THE SAME EXACT WAY, two days prior. “Manager” had zero customer service at all. Was extremely rude. My accounts will be closed this weekend.
