I TAKE MY PREVIOUS REVIEW BACK! William C., the greeter at the Grayslake BofA, lied to me yesterday, as well as a reviewer last month, about dealing with paper savings bonds. He refused to DEPOSIT THEM INTO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT! BofA CORPORATE POLICY NEGATES HIS DISMISSIVE ARGUMENT!!! Wetumpka branch took prompt care of me.. I WILL NEVER GO TO THE GRAYSLAKE BRANCH AGAIN. Stopped by to open up a new account. Manny was at the front he said that my driver license wasn’t valid & with my previous history with boa I wouldn’t be able to open an account. When he said that he said it laughing. Worst behavior from a manager! Had to drive to Waukegan to helped & I was able to open up my account. I also felt discrimination from manny the way he expressed himself about my drivers license
