Where do I start? I have a small business account with Bank of America, and today I can tell you that my experience was not good at all. I went to the Peach Orchard Rd location in Augusta, GA, because I was informed that a considerable amount had been overdrawn from my business account. Long story short, I rented a U-Haul van for business and had to return it because U-Haul was misleading about the mileage they wanted to charge me for. i went to go cash a check yesterday in the bank and the teller which was Caucasian looked at me like I was crazy because of the amount of the check I felt like I was racially profiled I will never go to this bank of America again the way her body language was gave me a bad taste
Not enough staff. Always redirect you to 1800# where you have to wait 20-30 minutes to speak with someone. Overall poor customer service.
My friend has an account with Bank of America and the account was compromised by scammers. Bank of America has their money, but you can’t get yours. Why is processing so difficult with an account that is Closed. Don’t bank with these people So sad they want release YOUR money. I want to rate them 0 stars.
