I had a terrible experience with this bank. They made mistakes on my account twice, and after their own errors, they still decided to hold my funds for no valid reason. This caused unnecessary stress, delays, and inconvenience. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem quickly, they made the situation harder for me as a customer.
