Muyyyyyy mala atención al cliente. Empezando por la bienvenida que te dan, la muchacha que esta al frente definitivamente odia lidiar con público o no se si es por el hecho de ser latina ( como ella x cierto) muy ruda y grosera, incapaz de siquiera devolver un saludo básico. Fue mi primera vez solicitando un cheque de caja (algo q no se hace tdos los días) y como es lógico no sabía al respecto. Me sentí mal e incómoda, no volveré y x supuesto no recomiendo a nadie hacer ningún tipo de trámite aquí.
SLOW!!! 7-10 people in line. Drive through closed and only 2 tellers working. Teller does not know how to deposit check made out to my business and my name into my business account. I signed check. She had to ask how to do it. The man walking through the lobby asking what you are here for is a position that could be eliminated and used to get another teller.
If you got anything better to do and enjoy wasting your time you are welcome to come to this place, and remember if they said to wait 40 min it’s 4 hours.
Terrible bank. They voluntarily gave our info to the Democrat party to investigate us for being at the January 6 disturbance.
