This is the best bank branch I've worked with in over 15 yrs - friendly, efficient & accommodating. Andi has helped us open/close accounts, get foreign currency for travel -- and all super fast, super pleasant. The manager regularly asks about your experience and she genuinely wants to know. I forget the teller's name, but when I came by 10 minutes before closing with a project that would take much longer (I had no idea) he booked an appt for me to meet w Andi. Not sure why they have a 2.1 rating ?! The Manager is relatively new , she loves her Team and takes care of them. She and her Team definitely care about their customers ! Best experience I've ever had a bank !!! The Team really does care about you and are very helpful and go above and beyond. They remember you when you come in if your a regular. You won't gone wrong coming to this branch ! Please give them positive vibes and feedback they definitely deserve it 💯 This branch is only open 10am to 4pm
Had a lunch break to open an account. Manager was sitting around and claimed she could not do anything to assist. Other employees are extremely slow moving. I would highly recommend switching all of your accounts out to the Chase Bank down the street as soon as physically possible.
Open a whopping six hours a day. Thank you for serving the community...
