I was having issues with a B of A credit card and was told I needed to visit a local branch. I stopped here to fix the issue. After 40 minutes they assured me that everything was fixed. They managed to make it worse somehow. Now I need to visit a branch again to fix this mess. Completely ridiculous and I am done with B of A.
