Great locationÂ
The teller doesn’t want help at all. He has really bad attitude. The form from Bank of America I want him help me updates on the account he refuse which I always do in other branch no problem. Such a horrible customer serviceÂ
No one ever answers the phoneÂ
The bank is terrible. They overdo everything makes you feel like a crook. People are ridiculous. How many times I’ve had problems in there I can’t count and then they won’t ask me why I don’t have an account there. What a joke.Â
Once inside the branch the customer service was very friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint is nobody answers the phone during business hours. I ordered a currency exchange online to be sent to this branch. I received zero notifications and was left with calling the branch to see if it had arrived. Finally after 8 attempts I called the 800 number and they told me the branch had the currency. Smooth as silk once inside and currency in hand lickity split. Answer the phone and this review would be 5 stars.Â
