Staff are nice and very helpful!
So I rarely complain, and I wasn't going to, but I feel like this time I have to, if you try to call this branch they will never answer, I've called for days, all day, nothing. So I finally finally went in and the place was empty around 4pm. Plenty of workers behind the glass joking around. So when I went in I informed the clerk who was helping that I'd been calling all day and no one picks up. And I was just letting them know there might be a problem with calls getting through. Great location
The teller doesn’t want help at all. He has really bad attitude. The form from Bank of America I want him help me updates on the account he refuse which I always do in other branch no problem. Such a horrible customer service
