I don't know why.speaking to a branch staff member is even offered as an option....they DON'T answer the phone. You are "forced" to make an appointment to get an answer.....not all questions are answered.on-line!!
Honestly the worst location. Went into to change my pin and waited for almost 40 min for them to let someone cut in front of me because they don’t know who is next in line.
I meant to leave this review a while ago, so I’ve forgotten the name of the banker who helped me but I made an appointment online to apply for a credit card. I knew I could apply online but I wanted some clarification from a banker who could inform me on rates. She was incredibly polite, asked personal questions, answered my questions, and didn’t try to cross-sell me anything. It was quick, clarifying, and the application process was instant; we did it on my mobile app. The building was also nice and smelled clean.
