You still have this branch open on Google The first thing you're supposed to do. You just wasted my time driving to this branch for no reason. I don't know who owns this place but it's probably the reason it's going under very unhappy Bank of America customer and I will be making sure that the CEOs office knows how upset I am Thanks again for wasting my time
All teller lanes say “closed” even though it’s 5 minutes before they are supposed to close.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Teller was extremely unhelpful and rude. Window is not open and had to go inside and wait in line for them to tell me they could not help me.
Johanna said there was an issue with my ID and that she could not cash a check. I’ve NEVER had any issues with my ID. Went to another branch and cashed the same check with no issues. I strongly believe I was being unfairly profiled.
