This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever been to. I bank with both Chase and BOA and BOA tellers are so slow. This place always has a line. If you come here expect to wait 20-30 minutes minimum. Tellers spend way too much time talking with customers. I know customer service is key but cmon….. people also need to learn how to use the freakin ATM. I hear people asking for $200 …. Are you freaking kidding me? That’s not acceptable for seniors. It’s not that difficult….. RANT OVER!!!
Road customer service do not come here it was my turn and I wait 20 minutes they called another customer and I don’t know what’s going on here too bad
