This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever been to. I bank with both Chase and BOA and BOA tellers are so slow. This place always has a line. If you come here expect to wait 20-30 minutes minimum. Tellers spend way too much time talking with customers. I know customer service is key but cmon….. people also need to learn how to use the freakin ATM. I hear people asking for $200 …. Are you freaking kidding me? That’s not acceptable for seniors. It’s not that difficult….. RANT OVER!!!
Road customer service do not come here it was my turn and I wait 20 minutes they called another customer and I don’t know what’s going on here too bad

2 out of 5 ATMs outside are working. Pretty bad.
I just want to thank Bank of America for their Elder Care division. I received an email from B of A regarding a suspicious check written on my elderly father's account. He did in fact write the check, but I appreciated that because it was an out of the ordinary purchase it was flagged until I could verify that he did write it. With all of the horrible fraud people are perpetrating against the elderly I am grateful to B of A for watching out for my dad. Thank you and God bless this company.
