Quite a wait however the lady banker was very professional, patient & polite in handling our queries in opening an account. No complimentary carpark (4 stars). 2024 August
May sound unexpected, but they have best cappuccino in midtown in the lobby
The Customer service are assisting me very well. i like how they are communicating with me, in a way of being friendly while being helpful at the same time. overall, very good service and i like it in here!
She is the most rude and unprofessional employee you guys have . It was lunch time and it was not busy she refused to assist me with my food order . She made my sandwich wrong after I stated I want no additional condiments . Her performance of hospitality was very poor . I will not be eating at Bank of America any more .
