Just one super slow lady in the desk , wasting time
I went into lobby to deposit Cash into my daughter’s account. I had her account number and cash in hand (less than 300) the teller said they don’t take cash deposits unless it was my account. I said I’m putting $$ in her account, no withdraw. Teller said No because of money laundering prevention. What a joke! I said “What??? “Wow you worry about money laundering for such a small amount.” Ha! My daughter needs to change banks! This place is a JOKE! I put $$ in her account every other week via bank transfer but that’s ok???
Very satisfied with the bank especially dealing with aNermeen Hana An excellent banker there.
They have horrible customer service and don’t want to help you with your account
