Received a call 2 days ago from a Bank of America representative. Have tried to reach either the individual who called or this branch repeatedly with no success for 2 days. Yesterday I reached someone at the branch and she assured me I would "be called back within the hour." 19 hours later and repeated phone calls to them, still no answer. I spoke to B of A customer service and I have no active accounts. I would like someone/anyone to get a hold of me. This is the worst representation
