Half the time the door doesn't open at all, and the ads on the video teller were so loud I had to scream just to speak to my husband sitting right next to me. Other days it gave me headaches from repeating the ads so loudly. One of many reasons why I closed my account there

The building wouldn't let me enter. Doesn't surprise me Bank of America's constantly letting me down!!
