I brought a big bag of coins, I was told "you guys broke the coin star so we do not have one" I didnt break anything... Then she gives me a coin sleeves and tells me to do her job by counting the coins... she was the head manager mind you! I am currently looking to switch banks. Pathetic how you treat people that keep you employed. Consistantly terrible service inside.Â
Horrible customer service. Long wait time for walk ins and even appointments. Nobody is at the help desk either to provide any basic information.Â
