I’ve been banking at this Bank of America for a while now, and I can honestly say that most of the staff here make the experience worth it. The majority of the tellers are friendly, professional, and take the time to make sure everything is handled smoothly. It’s clear that they care about doing a good job and helping customers. Bank of America – 20 Years Down the Drain After two decades as a loyal customer, I’ve never felt more disregarded and disrespected by a financial institution. Bank of America has become a time-sucking machine — no urgency, no care, no accountability. It’s like dealing with a corporate shark that thrives on inefficiency and customer frustration. They've clearly forgotten who they serve. I'm done. Moving my money and business elsewhere.

Don't come to this place, crappy staff. My parents and I came here to do a final look over of the used car we are planning to buy (with the owner) before going into the branch to get the money to pay for the car. Security guard in the parking lot was being way overzealous ready to kick us out despite us being customers of the bank and conducting a banking transaction. It's as if BOA doesn't want your business.

Our interaction with Miriam was very unpleasant and difficult. I was unable to get any answers because she told me she was too busy with other client calls. It's very difficult to reach someone at the branch in the first place and once you do, they are rude, talk over you and won't answer questions. Miriam would not let me get a word in the entire call. I think future clients should consider this before banking with Bank of America.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during a recent visit to your Redwood City branch. I had a scheduled appointment at 9:30 AM, and I arrived a few minutes early. Despite this, no one greeted me or offered assistance. Eventually, a woman in the first cubicle on the left asked, “How can I help you?” from her desk without coming over to speak with me directly.
