I spoke with two people for 5 minutes and they have a flexible CD with a good interest. Rate. And I can withdraw money without restrictions . The other bank started with fifteen transactions and changed to 6 i'm dropped my interest rate to .25 i took my money and ran anna and odel are great bank reps. All the other banks are deceptive.
