Worst Bank in America poor customer service, long waits and clueless less employees!! Yimlan the manager is rude and customer service is non existent, hands down a terrible experience and advise to bank anywhere else!!!
Poor customer service and poor managing of appointments (I had one scheduled, which they first said they couldn't find, but later said the person was busy with someone else so I had to go to the window? Made no sense). Then the teller wasn't really that helpful and I ended up leaving not completing my transaction. Left dissatisfied and wanting to close my account for good.

Maria Gomez - useless and lacks customer service. Please retrain or fire. Took no time to read important documents was more concerned about how many workers were available and lied about how long the wait is to be helped. I went to another bank and the agent properly read that the documents I had were indeed complete and able to open the account necessary. Terrible!!!!!!!!!
