Disappointed to say the least. Stood in line for well over 10 minutes. Was first person in line. One teller. ATM machine not working. Employees walking around with iPads doing nothing. They did ask me what I needed. I informed them that I needed to cash two checks… She nodded and told me that I needed to stay in line…time to reevaluate where I chose to bank. Maybe BOA should consider having more than one teller on a Friday afternoon.
