This branch has the best staff in the banking industries. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly.
I & my wife came for a specific in-person new transaction. They could not help with it for valid reasons. But, one of the officers Ms Trusha Parikh went out of her way to help us with things we didn’t think-of. She offered solving problems we didn’t know that we had with our account. She was very knowledgeable on all products, spent time patiently to answer all queries. Amazing service. Thank you Trusha. Appreciate it.
Over 20 minutes in line just to be told it would be another 20 minutes. Never was served. All I needed was quarters. 3 employee standing up front with tablets not helping, 6 people in line unacknowledged. 0 stars. Cant wait to close my account, been with them for 25 years.
