There is no drive through as stated on here, and the ATM is in the lobby so you cannot get to it after hours.
This used to be a good bank with good customer service. Recently when I go, I meet this lady named Patricia who is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I cannot understand what she’s saying and if you ask her to repeat what she said, she would give you a death stare. That’s what happened to me today. very disappointed. Bank of America can do better than this. They used to have really good representatives. I don’t know what happened with them.
