You have 11 people in line. I’ve been in line for 40 minutes. There’s only one bank teller. This is unacceptable. This place has too many employees not to have more than one bank teller.
Staff was kind, very helpful and understanding.
PLEASE SHUT THIS BRANCH ALREADY. The amount of incompetence, the amount of unhelpfulness and the amount of stress they add to a simple trip to the bank. Please I ask for all of oak cliff, shut this branch down and open any other location PLEASE!!
