Terrible. I waited on line for over 30 minutes with a huge line. So many people walking around that clearly worked for the bank but no one jumping in to help. Get more tellers!!!!

Very long and slow service bank only had 2 tellers and 1 left even with the line growing. Plenty of employees walking around doing nothing it seemed. Very poor customer service.

I had an excellent experience opening a joint account at Bank of America on August 23,2025. Griselda was professional, patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered. The process was smooth, efficient, and I felt valued as a customer. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service.

This is by far the WORST Bank of America Branch. I use BOA for my personal account and my work/business account. Everytime I come in to make a business deposit I’m in line for over AN HOUR. No matter what time of day I come. They have 1 teller and 10 people in line. And she’s soooo slow. I do not understand why they do not use the dedicated business window they have in the bank!!! Fail to help in closing account, then to find out they kept it open incurring maintenance fees. We return to branch they state unable to close account at branch. Was given the main 800 number to call customer service to close account. Then customer service said yes branches are allowed to close that they just do want to due to bad record to that branch. No help, don’t bother going in person. Soon all banking will solely be online and over the phone. Customer service dissatisfaction at its finest.
