As I’m looking at the previous reviews, this bank has not listened to their customers. Get more tellers on Saturday! People waiting 20-25 minutes in line is just plain ridiculous. Fix this issue immediately!
Marcus was extremely useless and not helpful, they inform business clients the commercial line closes at 4pm, when you arrive at 3:30 the line is closed. After approaching Marcus about it he was not sympathetic and did not offer any solutions. Very poor leadership quality from Marcus! Shame on you Marcus, you can do better but choose not do
It does not matter how long the line is at this location they will never get another teller to help. You will see all the other employees just casually walking around instead of assisting customers. This location will definitely make you rethink who you are banking with. Do better.
I went in for a quick transaction. I had two customers in front of me, and I waited 20 minutes! There was only one teller at the counter, the second one had left after serving a customer and was standing around in the lobby with two other reps. The customer right before me and the teller were having a causal conversation about the importance of customer service. Ironic, eh?
