Horrible service no employees to help customers. They ask me to wait 40 minutes for someone to come back from lunch. Do not come to this branch

Absolute worst experience every time I visit this location, which is about once a year. Line out the door. One teller. No one at business window and a business client that is being assisted at the regular window. He has been there about 30 minutes. Absolutely no relief while the line keeps getting longer. Do better BOA.
The teller refused to even look at a echeck to cash even though the directions was on the paper. My brother asked someone at the bank if they cash echecks before he got in line and was told yes but the teller didn't attempt, just refused. The echeck was a Bank of America echeck so it should have not been any issue. Personally, I think it was because he is black. The tellers were latinos.
