I had a great experience at Bank of America (Merlos) thanks to Michelle. He was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout my visit. He took the time to answer all my questions and provided outstanding service. His friendly attitude and dedication truly made a difference. Additionally, the front desk lady's were very kind and welcoming, creating a great first impression. The excellent customer service from both of them made my visit smooth and pleasant.
