I had a disappointing experience at the location on 5610 Broadway Blvd, Garland, TX. I was not satisfied with the customer service I received. I spoke with the manager, Jay, but my concerns were not resolved. I hope the business takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve the experience for future customers.
Friendly staff and quick service!
I was accidentally given someone else's account number after opening a checking account. I gave that account and routing number to my HR and then ended up not getting my paycheck. I've been trying to get the problem resolved for a week now. The branch manager said he could not help me. I'm considering getting a lawyer.
Jesse Meyer was professional, very knowledgeable, and great to work with. He made a strong impression with his clear communication, expertise, and genuine care. He is very well-spoken, and I believe he is an important asset to Bank of America. He is the best. You can tell he takes his role seriously, goes above and beyond, and truly values his clients. Thank you, Jesse.
I had the worst experience at this branch. They declined to serve, offered no help and was super rude on me. Decided to go to nearby BofA location and they were happy to help. Stay away from Broadway branch.
