I went to this branch today (03/24). This Branch service is so cheap. Who are working at teller, they never know how to give a better service. I went 3 times to this bank to open up an account with an appointment. But They said there is no appointment today. Anyway front desk gentleman help us and he talked Ms. Thanh Moody (Assistant vice president, Financial Solutions Advisor). And she helped us to open an account and gave a best service. Her service is 10/10
I have had very good experiences with this bank. Friendly and knowledgeable people.
No recomiendo este banco para nada. Solo por que no traia mi identification no aceptaron un Pago por que era de monedas. Muy mal servisio. El manager se Porto muy mal con migo.

I walled in at 1: 37pm. The bank was empty. I asked the young lady at the service desk if they could notarize a document for me. She said they do not have a notary on staff, and would not have one this week. There is absolutely no reason not to have a notary on staff for yoir customers.
