I was accidentally given someone else's account number after opening a checking account. I gave that account and routing number to my HR and then ended up not getting my paycheck. I've been trying to get the problem resolved for a week now. The branch manager said he could not help me. I'm considering getting a lawyer.

I had the worst experience at this branch. They declined to serve, offered no help and was super rude on me. Decided to go to nearby BofA location and they were happy to help. Stay away from Broadway branch.

I went to this branch today (03/24). This Branch service is so cheap. Who are working at teller, they never know how to give a better service. I went 3 times to this bank to open up an account with an appointment. But They said there is no appointment today. Anyway front desk gentleman help us and he talked Ms. Thanh Moody (Assistant vice president, Financial Solutions Advisor). And she helped us to open an account and gave a best service. Her service is 10/10
