I had an absolutely horrible experience with this bank. I had a 10:30 AM appointment scheduled, and they called to say they couldnāt take me at that time anymore and asked if 12:30 PM would work instead. I went out of my way to rearrange my entire day to accommodate their change. When I arrived at the branch for my 12:30 appointment, I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes. I was contacted by Dhara Shah and made a 1:00 p.m. appointment to open a new business account on a Saturday. Their computer system at all BOA locations went out that morning and Dhara called me to let me know so not to waste a trip.
