Bank of 1889 is awesome! It has the true “family bank” feel. Everyone is always so nice and serious about your banking needs! Drive-thru is quick or you can always use the lobby! The people there make the banking experience just that much better!
This bank is NOTHING but a headache. I have never had so many problems with a bank account. From being stranded 3 hours from home because of their daily limit nonsense to problems with deposits. They seem to have most issues on Fridays and they do not answer the phone on weekends. So you're sol till Monday if you do have a problem. For instance, today is a Saturday. I made a large deposit yesterday, but wake up today to find my account over 400 in the negative because the deposit wasn't processed correctly. You would be bett... read more
Beautiful bank with beautiful people that work there. No fees on mobile deposits and they only require a minimum balance of a penny. But what attracted me the most was the lack of a “no firearms” sign on the door. Bank OZK down the road had that sticker on their door and that is why I turned my back on them. A bank is one of the more important places to carry for my safety and for others. Needless to say, I love this bank.
