This bank is not good because they want to thing of id and I had one id and my check that has my name and address on it and it was td bank one
Absolutely disgusting behavior both on the phone and in person: belittling, rude, and completely unprofessional. They do not care how long you've been a client, and they clearly do not care about customer retention or human decency. Disgraceful. They should be embarrassed.
After banking with TD for over a decade, and having the convenience, rates, and quality of service decline I decided to close my accounts. When asked why I was choosing to close my accounts I told them politely, but honestly that their rates weren’t competitive and I was dissatisfied with the service I had been receiving.
