Came in with a mess of accounts after my previous bank closed unexpectedly. Despite the fact that I was a new customer, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and were able to get everything quickly and correctly sorted out for me. Account features are comparable to other banks of this size, and they do have a decent mobile app despite being smaller than some.
