Bank Iowa you are the best
I have been with Bank Iowa for 12 years checking, savings, car loans, personal loans, and even purchased a house through them. Recently I was restructuring my finances and accidentally set a payment up through my bank Iowa account that should have been set through another bank. I was charged a 35 dollar fee, my wife called to see if they would be willing to waive it as this was the first time we’d had any issues. We have done our banking with this bank for well over 30 years, I have made a few mistakes, but the bank corrected ASAP, stop in and get to know the people you bank with, very friendly and courteous. They all go overboard in helping you any way they can, and have done so numerous times with me. Give them a chance, best people ever!!!
