Judy, Anita, Mike and the entire Bank Central team are a pleasure to recommend. With the state of the economy and housing market, it is nice to work with a group of dedicated professionals with a do whatever it takes attitude to get the job done right, and the first time. Much easier working with a small bank and staff. I already referred a friend to them who was seeking financing. You'll be happy working with this team!
We asked for clarification on our earnest money and closing costs before our closing date, they never responded and it ended up costing us $10,000 more in up front costs than we were anticipating. Very upset. Will not be doing business with them again. You shouldn't either.
