My experience in securing a HELOC with Central Trust Bank was great! Both Kathie Lattin and Stacie Streets provided excellent communication, made a potentially challenging process very simple, and exceeded my expectations on the timeline to completion. Well, what a disappointment and disrespectful person Kathie Lattin was to us. We came to her looking to finance a condo we own and also a home. Rates are so low! She was super nice as a good sales person can be, at first. She asked me to do a ton of work on my side to get here all these documents and even checked out our excellent credit reports (and her credit check isn’t good for your credit score btw).
