I have been ordering checks here for over 8 years. I got a new account and needed a full setup. Computer checks, manual checks, deposit slips etc. Since it was a new account I had to build everything out from scratch. All went well. Then I get a call from the service team, she caught my error!! I have ordered top computer checks on all my previous orders but this time I selected bottom, I was confident. I have used Bank-a-count for all of mine and my clients checks, envelopes and deposit slips since 2017. Until today I have always been very pleased. When I received my most recent order it arrived in a horrible envelope that spewed dust, and something all over the floor, my clothes, up my nose, in my eyes, everywhere, when I opened it. Since the checks are not in a sealed wrapping it's also all over them.
