Told us he'd have our vehicle done on a certain day. Three months later he finally finished it. After keeping it for 3 months, he started dunning daily for money the day it was finished. Then he overcharged nearly $1500 above the insurance quote!!! Buyer beware! I'd never ever use him again under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! *Edit* WE NEVER GOT ANY CALLS FROM HIM TO TELL US ALL THE DAMAGE WASN'T FIXED. HE INFORMED US AFTER THE CAR WAS PICKED UP THAT HE DIDN'T EVEN FIX EVERYTHING.

I have used Banisters 2 times. Both times I have been 100% satisfied. Excellent work, very friendly and you will not find any place more reasonable. I give them a ten star review.
