They have not responded to several months of repeated phone calls and several letters that I am willing to make public to resolve a billing issue.
This is the most incompetent business office I have ever been a patient too! They keep sending me a bill from date of service back in April that was paid from my insurance company months ago! Spoken with Ms. Banister as well as the office manager and told them they CASHED the check from my insurance and yet they still sent me bill for the same amount my insurance paid. So I guess I’m going to have to take time out of my busy schedule and go sit in their office until the business office ACTUALLY DOES HER JOB!
Horrible patient care and support - they're just out to make a buck off your misery. Don't waste your time with this rinky dink outfit.

I highly recommend Banister Nutrition! Michelle is just what I need after a recent Celiac diagnosis. She is so helpful in my journey into an autoimmune and food allergies/sensitivities. I came in with so many worries, but from the first visit she has helped me navigate this new lifestyle with more confidence than I could have ever had without her help. I am so thankful that I found out about Banister and I highly recommend them!

Lauren Northcutt at Banister Nutrition has literally changed my life- One talk with her and some real changes are being made. I have a long way to go, but just seeing her twice a month and having a conversation has made the weight fall off. She isn't going to put you on a diet, or start with Hardcore changes.
