Serenity was very kind and professional.
This location is very blasphemous in their services & customer approach. It’s obvious they take advantage of their customers. Almost like they are selling certified lemons. They all need intense CS training. No way that 4.9 rating is 100% authentic. Majority of the service techs are grossly deceitful to make a sale. Sales reps are very entry level.
