I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Nissan service department. I brought my vehicle in for brake repairs, a full inspection, and to have any other potential issues diagnosed. I paid approximately $200 for a diagnostic inspection, and I was told that everything looked good aside from my spark plugs. Just two days after picking up my vehicle, the rear end began making a horrible metal-on-metal screeching noise that had never been there before. Ryan Oliver I first met at the Norfolk location for Nissan. He is always willing to help me with maintenance on my car and goes above and beyond on service . I recently had the opportunity to meet Bryan Doctor here at the Chesapeake location with Ryan Oliver. Bryan took great care of me just like Ryan always has. Their customer service together is unmatched. I definitely had to follow Ryan Oliver here . I also purchased my Nissan Altima 2020 here at Banister in 2020 . Thank you again !
