Here's what I love about Banister- we have owned our Banister home for 6 years and it was several years old when we purchased it. We have had no problems and while we have had workers, painters, carpenters doing projects in our home they are always complimentary of the builders. For 6 years anytime I have had a question about the house, Banister has called me back with an answer. They are great people and always willing to help you. Better yet, they make a great product!
