The only reason I gave them five stars is because six stars is not available. My old HVAC unit went out, they came to give a quote that day, started work the next day, and had everything installed and running in under 3 days. Great communication, very knowledgeable help in selecting the proper unit, etc. The work is quality and detail focused, and they cleaned everything up nicely. 10/10 would recommend.
Family owned business that I have relied on for over 20 years. Friendly, courteous, and conscientious about thier work... they will go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right. They have done service work, new installs as well as remodel installs for me.
They showed up when they said they would show up, they communicated well, did a great job, and were reasonably priced
We hired Banister Heat and Air to update a two story older house, that wasn’t designed with HVAC in mind. We were discouraged as we talked to others in the HVAC business and discovered all the challenges we were up against. Banister Heat and Air took on this challenge and did an absolute amazing job! We couldn’t be happier with the system they installed for us and how wonderfully it has performed and kept our house extremely comfortable over the last 6 months. We would have absolutely no hesitation at hiring them again.
