Haven't been here in a couple of years and definitely not the same experience as before. Was aways great a few years ago. Got a bulgogi banh mi and the bread was dry, the meat was dry there was not enough mayo. The quality is good and if those items were corrected it would have been a really good sandwich. I'll give it another try sometime soon and order the pork instead
Food was ok. I had their vermicelli bowl. Their bahn mi might be better! The meat was too sweet. They also dont have a public restroom as a dine in restaurant which I think is ridiculous for an area like this where you would need to drive to find another bathroom. There was also a dead cockroach on the floor! I would not go back.
I have been coming here to get the mushroom banh mi for years. It's some of the tastiest in the bay with great pickled veggies and yummy sauce. I would pass on planning to eat at the restaurant as it's not very relaxing and the lack of restroom would definitely eventually be a bummer.
