Accidentally ordered at the wrong location so I tried to get them to cancel my order. I had to call 8 times to get someone on the phone and ask for a cancellation / refund. They issued the cancellation but never got my money back.

The staff were super kind and the food is delicious. I usually don't tip when food is just made and handed to you, but I had to tip because the lady was so sweet. Now I'm eating my pork bahn mi and I'm happy.
