I ordered 6 banh mi sandwiches: 2 Special, 2 Grilled Pork, and 2 Pha Lau. I only tried the Pha Lau banh mi, and honestly, I was very disappointed. I was also quite uncomfortable with the way the food was prepared. There were still some hairs left on the ingredients, which should have been properly cleaned and removed before being served to customers. What a hidden gem! We were in Dallas visiting our daughter who is attending classes at DIU and she found this hidden gem. Food was great, service friendly, portions satisfying and the price reasonable. Check it out for yourself. We don’t think you’ll be disappointed. We plan to go back and invite other friends from DIU. 😉👍🏽 I was so hungry I didn’t take any photos! 🤣
