Laughed at my roommate when we came in looking for parts to fix his old bike. If you are in college and not a professional pedal biker I suggest you shop somewhere more friendly.
The staff at Bangtail are more concerned with helping you make an informed decision rather than simply making a sale. That sort of ethic is what keeps me coming back. Always a great place to talk shop. You folks rock!

They have a great selection and very fair pricing. Most importantly they took a lot of time with me to make sure that I got the equipment that I need and when one part had an issue they were very patient and understanding with fixing the issue. Thank you so much. I am definitely coming back!
