i was not greeted when i walked in, so i just said i was there for my appointment at 12 then one if the girls there argued with me saying it was actually at 12:15 (i double checked my email confirmation and i was right) then she pointed at a chair and said “sit” like i was a dog. there were 3 girls working and they were speaking in a different language right in front of me the whole appointment, it was really awkward and i wish i had just left after the first girl was rude to me. i was just getting my bangs trimmed and there... read more

I recently got a haircut at Bangs Studio and had a wonderful experience! Meenu Thakur did an amazing job…I really appreciated how she paid close attention to detail and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and made sure all the customers felt comfortable and welcome. The service was top-notch from start to finish. I’ll definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend Bangs Studio to anyone looking for a great salon experience!
