If I could give this establishment zero stars I would solely given on the distasteful, repugnant, incompetent, unskillful, an unpleasant, and improperly unprofessional behavior this civil paralegal displayed during our phone conversation. This civil rights paralegal created a toxic, hostile, unprincipled, unethical, and improper work Client relationship that is unfitting for any legal agency to run under. I run a free clinic, headquartered in Idaho Falls, that serves lower middle wage earners throughout the Noncoastal West. I would say this was the worst experience in my life. They say that they are fair. But obviously if you have connections or are referred they are one sided. If you are male…. Don’t go here. This is the first review I have ever left at any place and I hope that it opens some people’s eyes on this place. I even had to pay $250 for her lunch break. Totally unprofessional and biased.
Kathy Hoskins and Jeff Bratkiewicz saved my career. They were there for me in every way possible during the 3 years they worked for me on my case. I highly recommend them and this law firm for any legal needs. They always had my best interest at heart and never let me give up. I can never thank them enough for their knowledge and expertise, it has been priceless.
