The staff is so friendly! I love that they are always up on the newest trends and that you never need an appointment! Such a great place.:) Tiffany is the best too!

I went here for about 5 years. Had a stylist I always went to and he is great (both skills & personality) but the manager there is a snot and the last couple times I went they really screwed up my hair and it cost me a fortune! I usually go on Saturdays but got out of work early one day about a year ago and went in to get a color, cut & foils. I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in a hair salon before. I have gotten my hair cut here numerous times and yesterday was a joke. The hairstylist told me she couldn't cut my hair and that I would have to wait an extra 40 for someone else to do it. Usually I wouldn't mind but I was already there for 30minutes alone. She told me to then come back today. I showed up at 8 o'clock thinking I would get a chair instead they told me they were closed I'd have to come back.
