Went to Bangs in Hamburg yesterday they told me a 40 min wait. I did wait but it took way longer then 40 min.They had three girls working 2 doing fools (way to many foils they should have just done the whole head, waste of product). The one girl was suppose to assist but never really did, while hair was processing they NEVER took a quick H/C instead they went in back laughing and talking while myself and a lady ahead of me waited!
