Have just completed treatment at North Down Clinic and I am delighted with result. Michael explained every stage very clearly and put me at ease. Staff were so friendly from first to final visit.
I can say with my hand on my heart, that this is the best practice that I have ever attended. The quality of service is second to none. From the very first visit, I have been treated with the upmost curtesy from the orthodontist to the reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They go the extra mile every time I have a question. Please, if you are thinking of having dental work done, I urge you too consider this establishment with out any hesitation
Had my first visit to the practice yesterday and had a great experience with Dr Robyn. I’m very nervous around dentists but she is lovely, really put me at ease and explained everything really well. I feel very comfortable going back again.
Saw robin for a new patient appointment. Really helpful and understanding. Listened to my history and concerns and helped to alleviate any worries for a nervous patient.
Im anxious at the dentist but I found Robyn and all the team at North down dental very welcoming and friendly.
